Do you use high pressure wash on the roof?
No, traditional high pressure washing techniques can damage your roof. We offer a method called a soft wash which involves low pressure rinse mixed with a cleaning detergent.
Will the soft wash detergent damage my plants?
No, the cleaning detergent will not damage any of your landscaping. The average mix ratio we use is plenty diluted however, If we have to use a stronger amount of detergent we will pre-soak the drop zone (with water) prior to your roof cleaning.
Do I need to be home for you to clean my house?
No, you do not need to be home for your service appointment. You will receive a day of reminder, confirming your service call and to remove any items that can potentially get damaged.
